a terrifying incident at a northwest albuquerque restaurant today. police say a customer attacked another customer who had a gun at a garcia's near taylor ranch and golf course. jeff maher is live on the scene with the latest. jeff. it was very strange how this all played out. the attack happened right behind me inside garcia's restaurant, which is back en now. police say this guy in the green shirt, christopher torres, walked into the restaurant and saw another customer, jose garcia sitting at a table eating with his family. garcia had a gun on his hip, in a holster. torres saw this, announced to everyone that he was a d-e-a agent, and said he had video evidence that garcia was planning to rob the restaurant. torres then attacked garcia, hitting him, and trying to get the gun. the gun fell on the floor, a customer then minute thumbnail 05:02 pm grabbed it and put it in the manager's office. other customers helped restrain torres until police arrived. we talked with one woman who was sitting right behind garcia.
