Bayern Munich's new striker

German striker Miroslav Klose attends his first training session at Bayern Munich, just days after leaving his old club. Klose, who was the top scorer in the 2006 soccer World Cup, Bayern's eighth major signing after they finished fourth in the German Bundesliga last season and missed out on a place in the Champions League. Bayern's second match of the season will be away to their Bundesliga rivals Werder Bremen, and Klose said he'd rather the clash against his old team came sooner rather than later.Joanna Partridge reports for Reuters
