In the next few months, the City of Albuquerque will collect the public's input on how to make navigating Coors Boulevard less of a headache. The road presently is based off a plan that was created back in 1984. Since then, communities along the corridor have grown significantly which has city leaders and consultants taking another look at the area to plan for its future growth. Mark Motsko with the City of Albuquerque says while widening the road is really not an option, they are looking at other options like train service, expanding bus services, and even building a park and ride to help cut down on vehicles on the streets.
