Second murder trial planned for Astorga

tonight we're getting a better idea of when deputy killer michael astorga will stand trial for another murder. astorga was wanted for the shooting death of 27-year-old candido martinez -- when he was pulled over by deputy james mcgrane back in 2006. the trial for martinez's murder has been pushed back several times because of the mcgrane murder -- but we have now learned astorga will stand trial for the martinez case next january. meanwhile... the trial to determine whether astorga will face the death penalty for minute thumbnail 06:03 pm mcgrane's murder is still set for september 12-th
