New developments on the sale of the Radisson Hotel and Waterpark - the whole business could be shutting down on May 8th. Hotel management says that unless they can find new buyers the hotel and waterpark will close its doors. The warning letters have already gone out to employees. "If we can't come up with a resolution prior to within these 60 days, we may be forced to shutdown on May 8th," said Radisson Hotel and Waterpark General Manager, Colin Ankersen. Management says the deal with investors broke down last week, leaving the hotel with few options. "The ownership is unable to proceed owning and managing the property," said Ankersen. An Albuquerque businessman doesn't see this as a negative, he says he's going to do everything in his power to keep all this from closing.
