Father now backs adoption

Human Rights groups in Malawi are trying to challenge the adoption of David Banda. Despite a lack of adoption rules in the African country, they're hoping to overturn a decision which allows Madonna to apply for full custody of the one-year-old. But it's likely to be a futile attempt given that David's father has fully agreed for his son to be adopted.
