A lot of Albuquerque store managers think there's a vending machine bandit on the loose after losing money from their vending machines for months. But now, one man says he caught the suspect in the act, on surveillance video. The manager at Rain Tunnel Car Spa wants the suspect caught and he and the money back that was stolen from him yesterday. A picture shows what the man looks like, but the video shows how easy it was for him to rip off the car wash in the middle of the day. By 4:30 p.m. on Sunday afternoon, the car wash was handling its afternoon rush. In the video, you see a man casually stroll in wearing a baseball cap. He stands at the vending machine for a bit, and then walks off. He comes back a few minutes later, opens it up, and walks off holding something under his arm, moving it to his hands as he walks past the cashier. Car wash manager Curtis Flanders was within an arms-reach of him. "I thought he was just a customer here buying something out of the vending machine," said Flanders.
