Total Looking to Sell 800 UK Gas Stations in Deal Estimated

Total SA (TOT) ADRs are down after the Financial Times reported that the refiner is in talks with a developer to sell about 800 UK gas stations. The deal for the stations--which comprise almost 10 percent of the market--could be valued at $645 million. Total ADRs are down 0.05%, or $0.03, to $61.72.
