Drivers rescued from their cars when I-81 flooded 4-26-11

Flood waters closed a section of Interstate 81 in the City of Syracuse Tuesday afternoon, near the Butternut Street Bridge. In addition to the traffic backup, the sudden flood trapped some drivers in their cars or on medians.
