MAVRIXONLINE.COM - Paris Hilton leaves the Los Angeles Superior Court after testifying in a hearing for Nathan Parada. Hilton and boyfriend Cy Waits were reportedly physically attacked by another alleged stalker, James Rainford, on their way into the court house today while walking from the parking garage. Rainford, who was taken down by the couple's security team and later led away by sheriff's deputies, allegedly claimed to have Hilton's father's permission to "marry" her. He was previously arrested for an incident at Hilton's home last year. According to reports, Rainford was arrested last October after sneaking on to Paris' property and getting into an altercation with her private security. He pled no contest to civi assault and was sentenced to three years probation after that incident. During today's alleged attack, Paris reportedly said "That guy was outside my house" and there was a huge scuffle. Afterwards, Paris tweeted, "That other psycho intruder just punched Cy in the back of the head as we were walking into the court house. So scary!" Paris was at the court house to testify against the alleged knife-wielding man, Nathan Parada, who tried to break into her home last summer.
