Bald eagle stages comeback

Land developers and conservationists gain victory with the removal of the bald eagle from the endangered species list. The U.S. national bird now boasts 10,000 pairs of breeding eagles. Conservationists set guidelines for land developers to coexist with eagles. Diane King reports from New York.
