Man killed by cops had history of mental illness 5-6-11

During a joint press conference, the Onondaga County Sheriff's Office and the Syracuse Police released the identity of a man shot and killed by officers Thursday evening at the Regional Transportation Center. They say he was threatening officers with a pellet gun designed to resemble a .357 Magnum.
