Restaurant, server cited for overserving in fatal crash

new details otnight on a way crash in santa fe-- that killed a suspected drunk driver -- and sent an ambulance driver to the hospital. tonight kob has confirmed a santa fe restaurant has been cited for over-serving the drunk driver and her passenger. gadi schwartz has that story from santa fe. gadi. so far the department of public safety says 4 citations have been given out in this case. two citations are against cowgirls bar itself. the other two against the bartender who investigators say over-served 26 year old kylene holmes and her passenger- the night holmes drove the wrong way down i-25 and hit an ambulance head on. holmes died in the crash - both her passenger and the ambulance driver vanessa carillo were hospitalized. a toxicology result showed holmes at 3 times the legal limit. after crash happened- 911 tapes revealed that the dwi was originally reported by a cowgirls bouncer who was overheard trying to prevt the girls from driving away- and gave police a discription of the car they left in... a manager at cowgirls today says they were not yet aware of the citations. reporting live in santa fe. gadi schwartz - kob eyewitness news four. right now our jeremy jojola is talking to the 19-year old ambulance driver vanessa carrillo. you'll hear what she has to say about today's development-- and see how she's recovering-- tonight on eyewitness news four at ten.
