Buckeye Partners (NYSE:BPL) will not acquire BP's (NYSE:BP) interest in Inland Corp. BHP Billiton (NYSE:BHP) wins approval for Gulf of Mexico exploration. Shire (NASDAQ:SHPGY) acquires Advanced BioHealing for $750M in cash. Dell (NASDAQ:DELL) sees stronger revenue in second half of FY12. BMC Software (BMC), Eucalyptus Systems, Hewlett-Packard (NYSE:HPQ), IBM (NYSE:IBM), Intel (NASDAQ:INTC), Red Hat (NYSE:RHT) and SUSE announced the formation of the Open Virtualization Alliance, a consortium committed to fostering the adoption of open virtualization technologies.
