Scores die in Baghdad bombings

It was the bloodiest attack in the Iraqi capital since a car bombing outside a Baghdad university killed 70 almost a week ago. Monday's targeting of a flea market - popular with poor families - came as U.S. troops began arriving in Baghdad as part of a new plan to bring security to the capital.
