farmington police catch three suspects after they run out of gas while trying to get away. a witness says he chased after seth stallings, ricky phillips and shelby overson after he saw stallings beating a woman. the suspects' car stopped near wildflower and browning parkway. when the witness approached their car -- he says stallings and phillips pulled out a gun and a machete. the witness got away, but was to call police... "they actually stayed there trying to put gas in the car when the cops were coming...knowing the cops were coming cause we were yelling at them the cops are coming we got your license plate. everything like that. they still stayed there after they pulled the guns on us and everything trying to put gas in the car" overson was charged with having meth.. stallings and phillips were charged with aggravated assault
