Clean Diesel Technologies Announced Pricing Of Underwritten

Clean Diesel Technologies (NASDAQ:CDTI) announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2,725,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $3.75 per share. Clean Diesel is offering 2,645,000 of these shares and 80,000 of these shares are being offered by selling stockholders.The company has granted a 30-day option to the underwriters to purchase up to an additional 408,750 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments.
