$90k approved to move Oswego County inmates 7-15-11

The Oswego County Legislature has approved $90,000 for the Sheriff's Office to pay for housing inmates in other county's jails. The Oswego County Jail is overflowing, and the Sheriff's Office is paying to house inmates elsewhere.
