san juan county's "crime stoppers" program just put two more men behind bars -- but officials are worried a lack of funding will hurt the program. shannon craddock and christopher lucero were arrested yesterday on various charges. a crime stoppers ad in the american classifieds paper brought in the tips that led to their arrests. but officials say -- this week -- for the first time they couldn't afford to run any ads. crime stoppers says about 90-percent of their calls are generated from the weekly ads.
