Former Cleveland High teacher arrested for sex with minor

a former high school teacher in rio rancho has been arrested for having sex with a minor. brenda ray is charged with 3 counts of rape and 3 counts of selling giving alcohol to a minor. detectives say the victim is now an adult -- but was a juvenile when the alleged incident happened. rio rancho public schools officials say ray resigned at the end of this past school year.... but didn't say if it had anything to do with the alleged incident. she worked at cleveland from 2009 until this year ... before that she spent 10 years at rio rancho high.
