Body of missing man found at Rio Rancho golf course

police are staying quiet on the details until their investigation is complete... but we've learned the 21-year old man most likely drowned here in this pond on the golf course. that's too bad. i'm sorry to hear that. i hear that he lived in the area." investigators say the man is from this neighborhood and has been missing for a few days... his body covered by the tall grass that surrounds this pond. "at this point in time, i would determine it a suspicious death." the office of the medical investigator is expected to perform an autopsy on the man later this week. though police are still calling the death suspicious... they tell me they aren't expecting any "foul play". police are expected to release the name of the man later today. live in rio rancho. sharon erickson. kob eyewitness news
