Internal investigation around Chavez death complete

the internal investigation into four officers connected to the death of a former officer's wife. the report suggests punishments ranging from suspension to termination for three of the 4 officers who responded to the scene the night tera chavez died. former officer levi chavez is accused of killing tera -- and making it look like a suicide. chavez was fired in april-- after a grand jury indicted him in the murder. right now-- police are not releasing the names of the other officers who were investigated. they're accused of getting rid of evidence in the murder, including a bloody sheet. apd tells us chief ray schultz will make the final decision on the type of discipline the officers receive
