Moving fast in the pre-market session are shares of Kraft Foods (NYSE:KFT) up over 7% after the company announced plans to split into two companies; GT Solar International (NASDAQ:SOLR) shares up over 7% a day after the company reported quarterly results; and Randgold Resources (NASDAQ:GOLD) up over 5% following Q2 results. Barclays (NYSE:BCS) down 7%; Rio Tinto (NYSE:RIO) down 7%; ArcelorMittal (NYSE:MT) down 7% after Macarthur asked shareholders to take no action on its bid with Peabody (NYSE:BTU); Frontline (NYSE:FRO) shares down 8%; Tenaris (NYSE:TS) shares down over 12% after the company reported mixed results; Entropic Communications (NASDAQ:ENTR) down over 25% after the company reported Q2 earnings that missed its guidance; and Dendreon (NASDAQ:DNDN) down over 63% after the company withdrew its sales estimates for 2011 and announced job cuts.
