Midstate Hockey considers purchasing Cicero Rinks 8-11-11

The Midstate Youth Hockey Association is closing in on a deal to purchase the Cicero Twin Rinks. If the deal goes through, it'll be the first year since Midstate's inception in 1960, that they won't be operating the Coliseum Ice Rinks at the State Fairgrounds.
