we got our hands on some disturbing pictures of alleged abuse that happened on a special needs bus. two young girls were allegedly blind-folded by their bus driver. it's a story you first saw on four back in may... tonight heather mills has the pictures. "what i'm looking for, is the status of one of the employees that you had employed, maybe still." we went to herrera bus company to find out if the bus driver that allegedly did this to a special needs student.. is still employed. turns out.. she isn't.. and neither is the aid that's also accused of blind-folding two disabled students.. "one of them had a scarf tied around her face." "the other one had her own jacket tied around her head." according to a case report we received.. filed by a-p-s police.. the two women initially told officers they were playing peek-a-boo with the girls... then they changed their statement... one even admitting it happened about ten times in a month. "the bus driver and the aid had tried to play this off as a game of peek-a-boo" "they later retracted that statement and admitted they tied these scarves around the girls faces." the reason.. according to the report.. the girls were starring. the attorney for the family says the girls are both physically and mentally disabled.. one not even able to dress herself. "it really breaks your heart because these girls can't communicate what was going on to them." the district attorney is still reviewing this case.. and can't comment on the status of their investigation. a-p-s also said they couldn't comment .. and referred us to herrerra bus company. in albuquerque, heather mills, kob eye witness news four. the attorney for the family says they don't want this to happen to any other students.. and would like to see some kind of security video on buses to prevent problems like this in the future.
