Convicted rapist on run from deputies for 3rd time

a convicted rapist is on the run from the law--after telling kob eyewitness news in may he would never run again. we were on scene in may when deputies caught david owyhee along central for failing to register. he was sentenced to time served.... and supervised probation for the incident. he was also supposed to re- register as a sex offender... but we've learned he didn't. deputies say this is his third offense. "he obviously doesn't care what the state says to him or what the judge says to him and i've been dealing with him now, 3 warrants in six months." we've featured owyhee twice on our sunday search for sex offenders segment. one time deputies found him hiding in a home wearing women's lingerie.
