An Albuquerque couple is charged with child abuse resulting in death after their ten-month-old son drowned in a bathtub Friday. Police say Marissa Tso, 35, and Christopher Richards, 27, left the baby alone with his two-year-old brother in a bathtub for up to two hours while they went into a bedroom and closed the door to either have sex or drink. At some point the two-year-old got out of the bathtub and went into the parents' room saying "baby." Police were called to the apartment at 12021 Skyline Road NE, near I-40 and Juan Tabo Boulevard, just after 6 p.m. Friday. Officers found the baby unresponsive. Officials with the Children, Youth and Families Department say the family is familiar to the department. CYFD officials have taken the two-year-old into state protective custody.
