Hollyscoop talked to Big Sean at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards where he confessed he's dying to work with Adele. "Adele, I want to collaborate with Adele," he told us. When asked how his life has changed since being nominated for best new artist at the MTV VMA's he said: "It's changed a lot, for the better. I miss a lot of my friends and stuff. It's all good, it's all for the good. It's what we've been dreaming about since I was twelve, you know what I'm saying. Just keeping it playing. I got my mom right here with me." His mom confirmed what a hard worker he is adding that she's really "proud" of him. "Yeah, we've worked hard. It's tight, I always say from the inside looking out you cant really see if what you are doing is making noise or if your making noise at all. This is a good signification to keep me going, I needed it. Motivation."
