Polls have opened in Albuquerque for municipal elections, and city officials are hoping for a solid voter turnout. A lot of that has to do with the issues on tap. There are a handful of municipal elections to be decided, in the even number districts. But voters instead appear to be focused on two things – the red light camera program and Bond Issue 12, which combines two major projects – a Paseo Del Norte interchange renovation and a new sports complex.
