an albuquerque car dealership is facing a federal civil rights lawsuit - accused of subjecting male employees to sexual harrassment. the lawsuit against "pitre" -- a westside dealership -- was filed by the equal employment opportunity commission on behalf of 14 former employees. the complaint says a lot supervisor --who was fired last year-- made sexual advances, exposed himself, and even bit an employee on the genitals. the eeoc says the harrassment went back as far as 1998 ... and that employees who complained were retaliated against. 41:22 the employees who reported the harrassment were subjected to further retaliation that included decreases in their salary, impacted their commission sales minute thumbnail 10:09 pm officials at pitre declined to respond to the lawsuit today.
