BACK IN AUGUST THE city began working with the courts to make sure everybody pays up. here is the breakdown- if you get a ticket - you get a notice in the mail saying if it's not paid in 15 days it doubles. if you don't pay that- your summoned to court if you don't show up your summoned to court again- and if you still don't show up a bench warrant could be issued. that whole process could take as little as three months. "Don't get the ticket originally, to start off with, but If you do- pay them they are like any other ticket that you would get." SOME PEOPLE UNDERSTAND. "I think lots of people would be looking at a short jail sentence Ha, or it would make people pay them on time that's the whole goal to make a little more money on time instead of having to chase people down."
