Afghan market bomb kills 17

A suicide bomber kills 17 Afghan civilians and injures 30 other people including Dutch soldiers. Seven Dutch NATO troops were among the wounded when the bomber detonated his device in a crowded market in the small town of Deh Rawud in Urzugan Province.
