shot a gun inside the u-n-m hospital was back in court... cesar dominguez-garcia is accused of firing a shot inside u-n-m hospital earlier this year. today he stood before a judge in court... danielle todesco was in the courtroom ... she's is live at district court with the latest. danielle? antoinette... cesar dominguez-garcia appeared before a judge this morning... and we're told a plea offer is on the table. you might remember back in january...police say dominguez- garcia got into a fight with his girlfriend inside unm hospital... minute thumbnail 12:00 pm he's accused of beating her repeatedly and then firing a shot inside the pediatrics unit before fleeing. he turned himself in a few days later... but has said his actions were in self-defense when his girlfriend's family attacked m. his bond was increased in february after violating the terms of his release. but he has since been out of custody. this morning the attorney standing in for his lawyer said they needed an extension to look over the plea offer set forth by prosecutors. a plea hearing for him is expected to be scheduled for some time in december. live at the district courthouse, i'm dt, kob eyewitness news 4.
