BCSO arrests suspect in murder

new at noon... deputies have arrested a suspect they say was involved in an overnight homicide earlier this week. bernalillo county sheriff's deputies arrested jennifer palacios in connection with the murder of 22 year-old jeovanie lozano. lozano was shot and killed at the villa allegre apartments early wednesday minute thumbnail 12:02 pm morning. deputies say palacios is the girlfriend of their primary suspect in the case-- francisco mancilla-elvires. they are still trying to find him. deputies say he is considered armed and dangerous
