on a suspected d-w-i crash overnight... that killed one person. andrew delgado has been arrested minute thumbnail 07:56 am on suspicion of d-w- i... after refusing to take a breathalyzer test. police say around 12-30 he ran a red light on san antonio near i-25 -- and slammed into a car. a passenger in that car died on the scene. police say 3 others were taken to the hospital. a-p-d says delgado has 3 prior dwi convictions and was driving on a revoked license. fire investigators are looking into what caused an overnight house fire. this morning around 2, a fire broke out at a home on lamar street. that's near unser and dellyne. we're told two cars in the driveway caught fire and it then spread to the garage and attic. fire officials tell us a family of four evacuated safely. also overnight, police had to taze a man suspected of stabbing another man in downtown albuquerque. police say the two had got into a fight at the launchpad near sixth and central. we're told the person who was stabbed did not suffer life threatening injuries.
