North Korean reactor shut down

North Korea has told the United States it has shut down a nuclear reactor as part of a disarmament deal. The U.S. State Department reported news of the the shut-down as a team of International Atomic Energy Agency inspectors arrived in the North Korean capital Pyongyang.
