New restrictions on Chinese births

Hong Kong authorities want to restrict the number of mums to be from mainland Chinese giving birth in the territory. They come here partly to get round China's one-child policy and to benefit from better medical facilities. But will Hong Kong's new laws deter them? Reuters correspondent Nina Mehra finds out.
