Adolf Hitler's controversial book "Mein Kampf" has not been legally published in Germany since the Second World War. But now a German historian is calling for the book, whose title translates as "My struggle", to be republished. Professor Horst Moeller wants the state of Bavaria, which holds the copyright for the book and prevents it being printed, to allow the republication of an academic, annotated edition of "Mein Kampf". But his suggestions have been criticised by Jewish groups, who say the feelings of Holocaust survivors should be considered.Joanna Partridge reports
