Report claims astronauts flew drunk

Report to NASA claims astronauts were cleared to fly while drunk. A report citing "heavy use of alcohol by astronauts" says drunken NASA astronauts were allowed to fly on a Russian spacecraft and cleared to fly on a US space shuttle.
