Hong Kong police evict hundreds of protesters fighting to save the British colonial-era Queens pier. The fifty-year-old pier - once a quiet harbourfront in the city's financial heart -- has become a civic battleground, pitting heritage groups against a government that wants the pier removed for reclamation and roadworks.
