Search goes on after bridge collapse

Rescuers are searching for at least 20 people missing after a bridge collapsed in Minneapolis. The 40-year-old steel truss bridge was designated by federal transportation officials two years ago as "structurally deficient" and likely in need of replacement. Federal safety officials have arrived in Minneapolis to help investigate the bridge collapse. Jon Decker reports.
