Koreas announce landmark summit

South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun presided over a National Security Council meeting in Seoul to discuss the second summit between North and South Korea, which will be held in late August in Pyongyang. Yet analysts point out that the summit may conflict with progress of the six-party talks.
