Sacramento Police Arrest Suspect In Series Of Rapes

(Sacramento) Sacramento Police department's Cold Case unit has made an arrest in series of rapes that happened more than 6 years ago. Police have arrested of 32-year-old Norwood Armstrong for a series of robberies and sexual assaults that happened in July of 2001. Three separate victims were attacked by a black man on foot at night. In each case, the suspect would hold the females at gunpoint, the suspect would sexually assault, or attempt to sexually assault, the victims.
