Funeral held for 2-year-old 'ray of sunshine' who died in care

Questions are being raised about Manitoba's child welfare system as more than 100 people on Tuesday attended the funeral of Gage Guimond, a two-year-old boy who died last week while in the care of a native child welfare agency.
