All Italian football suspended

Italy indefinitely suspends all football matches after a policeman is killed during clashes between rival fans in Sicily. A 38-year-old police officer died shortly after a rioter tossed an explosive into his car, outside the Serie A match between Catania and Palermo, police said. The death was the second in little over a week connected to an Italian soccer game. Dozens of people were injured, among them fans and security officers.
