Canadian astronaut begins 2nd spacewalk

Canadian Dave Williams and fellow astronaut Rick Mastracchio began repair work outside the International Space Station on Monday as NASA officials tried to determine how best to repair damage to the space shuttle Endeavour's outer tiles.
