Bomb victims rebuff Indo-Pakistani rapporchement

Nuclear rivals India and Pakistan are engaged a new round of peace talks, notably centred on the Himalayan territory of Kashmir. For many the talks are a ray of hope in the otherwise tense relationship between the neighboring states that have fought three wars since independence in 1947. But progress has been slow, and victims of terrorist attacks in India, largely blamed on pro-Pakistan militants, say they are skeptical about what the peace process can achieve. A voiced report.
