Days of heavy rain in several states has left at least 26 people dead and thousands of homes have been damaged or destroyed. Weather forecasters say the Midwest's storms aren't finished yet..meaning the flooding problems that have davastated dozens of communities are not going away anytime soon. Jon Decker reports.
