A video recording of a U.S. friendly fire incident which ended in the death of a British soldier is causing a diplomatic storm. The shocking moments American pilots realise they've targetted British troops in Iraq in a 2003 friendly fire attack are revealed in a cockpit video obtained and released by a British tabloid newspaper. One of the pilots weeps as he realises they've fired at a "friendly" target.
