Omar Khadr case goes before new military appeal court

The case of Omar Khadr, a Canadian facing terrorism and murder charges, goes before a new military appeal court in Washington, D.C., Friday as the U.S. government plans to appeal a ruling by a judge who tossed out Khadr's case in April.
